Throughout his career, he has held Sole Chef, Head Chef, and Sous Chef positions, catering for private guests and professional crews while consistently maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Specialized in Mediterranean, French, International, and Asian cuisines, Mario has extensive experience in menu planning and development, food preparation, provisioning, inventory management, cost control, and food safety. He is confident in creating fresh, seasonal, and bespoke menus tailored to individual guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
