Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like CHERRY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€13,500 - €21,600), making the charter cost €67,500 to €75,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

WHAT IS YOUR YACHTING BACKGROUND? WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THIS INDUSTRY?
“One of my most exciting experiences was sailing across the Atlantic on the beautiful 55m sailing yacht, Adela. The yacht dated back to 1903, before being restored and relaunched in 1995. I’ve been very privileged to have been a part of various great yachting programs over my career, learning from various mentors along the way. What began as a chance to travel the world and meet inspiring people, quickly turned into a passionate pursuit to excel within a competitive industry and Captain my very own vessel.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES AND INTERESTS?
“My passions lie in the sport of golf. My fiancé, Kerri and I always stay active and fit by finding the nearest gym to train at or trail to run. I’m an avid stand-up comedy fan and love an intellectually stimulating conversation.

With hard work and dedication, we eventually found each other on the same boat and never looked back.”

Overall ambiance and atmosphere: Just perfect. Presented like a yacht chef food is expected to look like. 5* presentation. Only comment is about rocket salad being served with dessert which I thought was an odd pairing. I thought the canape was delicious, fresh, tasty; the starter was a good combination with the goats cheese and lentils - a classic pairing; the salmon was cooked perfectly and I loved the swirl. Grilled asparagus, always a win. The orange posset was a first for me. I'm a convert!
The service was incredible, well orchestrated, professional, correct service etiquette was followed. Little touches were noted, like the lime wedges on the table. Gluten free was accommodated (for my dietary preferences) but not to the detriment of the food served. I loved the crew working together when serving the meals with the captain helping. Gave an aura of completeness and VIP service. The 'big boat' experience is evident in the crew.
Suggestions for improvement: Nothing! I can't wait to book the boat!
Yacht : smart, sharp and worth proposing. I like your walkthrough, nice one! I’d add the totally opening division between saloon and cockpit – it’s an excellent way to make the main area feel bigger and will be a hit with guests for sure (weather permitting)."

I was very surprised by Cherry, as we usually consider this type of sporty yachts for day or short charters, but she is really spacious and comfortable which makes her totally suitable for longer charters. The size of her cabins and the exterior spaces are impressive for a yacht her size, the general arrangement is well thought-out. And of course as she is a 2023 built she is in a perfect condition, the interior design is modern yet warm and inviting.
