Mr. Giorgio Capuccini, our seasoned Captain, brings over 25 years of maritime expertise and a lifelong passion for the sea. Rising through the ranks from deckhand to captain, he has successfully managed vessels of all sizes, including the 38-meter MY Tommy Belle, where he led a crew of seven, as well as MY Jasmine Luna and MY Divine, overseeing both charter and private operations. Giorgio is highly skilled in navigating the Mediterranean, with a deep familiarity of ports from Saint-Tropez to Corsica and Sardinia, making him a trusted guide in this region. Known for his approachable leadership and meticulous planning, he creates positive teamwork onboard while handling complex budgets, coordinating refits, and ensuring safe, enjoyable voyages. Giorgio is also a skilled fisherman, having been raised by a family of fishermen with a diver licence for up to 30m. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, he’s an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, making him a reliable captain who consistently meets the needs and expectations of clients and yacht owners.

With years of experience crafting exquisite meals for VIP families, luxury villas, and aboard prestigious yachts across the Mediterranean, George’s expertise spans Mediterranean, Asian Fusion, Arabic, and American cuisines. Known for his ability to cater to any dietary preference, he creates unforgettable dining experiences, from multi-course feasts to creative themed menus. Fluent in English and Italian, George combines his cosmopolitan background with exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring every meal is a masterpiece. George is eager to delight guests with his culinary artistry.

Nataliia Mospan

Nataliia, born in 1989, is a highly energetic and confident individual. Having graduated from Odessa’s State Ecological University with a Master’s degree in Meteorology, she quickly pursued her seafaring passion by receiving a Stewardess Training Certificate. After completing the Security Awareness training course and acquiring her Seamans’ Book, she was employed both on private and chartered vessels where she has been working for the past 7 years. Natalia shows great attention to detail and loves working at sea. She is mindful of ways to contribute to the guest experience and her positive personality and great sense of humor is a breath of fresh air. Be it recommending a drink to guests, flower decorating, her excellent silver service, or barista skills, she is always attentive to guests and tries her most in creating the ideal environment for a memorable voyage. As an active individual, Natalia has a plethora of interests and hobbies that include photography, dancing, fashion, Pilates, painting and cooking. She speaks fluent English.

Meletis Oikonomopoulos

Meletis, born in 1987, is a Greek graduate of the Kesen Maritime School who holds an engineering certificate. He started his career on board the 133-metre superyacht, Al Mirqab, on which he gained a thorough understanding of how a well-organised team must work moving up the rank from the deck to the engine room. With already 5 years of experience prior to joining the team of BEST OFF, Meletios has a meticulous attitude towards engineering work and yacht maintenance. He is well trained in various sea toys and tenders while taking care to always keep them in top condition. In addition, he is a PADI-certified open-water diver as well as an RYA-licensed power boat handler. Meletis loves music and travelling.

With a background in Marine Transportation and extensive hands-on experience, Ronaldo excels in watchkeeping, docking operations, and detailed maintenance tasks such as polishing and teak maintenance. Rolando's dedication to teamwork, his proactive approach, and his skill in engine room assistance and bilge cleaning make him a valuable crew member. He is fluent in English and Filipino and brings a positive and hardworking attitude to the team, aiming to continually improve and contribute effectively to the yacht's operations.

Beyond her professional expertise, Tanya’s adventurous spirit and love for travel, nature, and cuisine make her a delightful presence on board.
